11 Months, 1 Week, and 2 Days

Ruby & Charlotte are 11 months, 1 week, and 2 days old today. Ruby's first tooth broke through last Friday! She has crawled a little bit, but does not realize it and continues to try. Charlotte pulls up on everything she can reach, though not to standing yet. She hears the word "no" a lot these days, and actually understands the meaning quite well. Enjoy the photos and 2 videos!

11 Months and 2 days

Ruby & Charlotte are 11 months and 2 days old today. We are less than a month away from their 1st birthday! Ruby seems to be on the verge of crawling, she is mastering the right moves in the wrong order currently. She babbles many sounds in reply when we talk to her. Charlotte loves to crawl into the kitchen and look at her reflection on the oven. She is getting much better at standing instead of leaning for support. Both of them like to mimic us, and have started waving (when they feel like it). They also are learning to take steps better when we guide them around the room. Enjoy the photos!

11 Months Old!

10 Months, 3 Weeks, and 5 days

Charlotte & Ruby are 10 months, 3 weeks, and 5 days old today. Charlotte is pulling up on many things, though she is a bit over confident with her skill and has bumped her head a fair amount. She has not perfected standing yet, so she only gets up on her knees at this point. Ruby is starting to get the hang of stepping if we guide her, but she prefers to stand and play in one place still. She is a bit more adventurous on the floor by rolling around and scooting backwards to explore a wider area as of late. We gave away the jumper and exersaucer last week since the girls are almost too big and did not like being in them for more than a couple minutes. Enjoy the photos and 3 videos below!

10 Months, 2 Weeks, and 5 days

Charlotte & Ruby are 10 months, 2 weeks, and 5 days old today. Charlotte started crawling last Tuesday after Bob came home from work, so her explorations have increased greatly. Ruby has amplified her efforts to figure out crawling since Charlotte began, and can scoot backwards. I took them to their first library story time on Friday, and it went quite well. We will be going every week now, weather permitting. Enjoy the photos and video!
